9th Annual San Francisco Class Action Litigation Conference

The class action is a unique animal in the legal world that requires exceptional and specific skills in researching, writing, case management, and client contact. This program will cover the latest developments in the law of federal class actions and California class actions as well as procedural advice from leaders in the field. This timely conference will include a discussion of the recent Hydrogen Peroxide and In re Tobacco II decisionis designed to give the practicing attorney and in-house counsel an in-depth knowledge of each step in the process, with an emphasis on the procedural rules and practice.
